meet sadie.

I feel like teaching is a natural extension of who I am. When the pandemic took my first year as a Kindergarten teacher in North Carolina online, I was looking for both a release and a community of like-minded people. After trying yoga, I fell in love with the feeling of strength yet complete peace and mental reset I felt during a time that was otherwise pure chaos. After three years, I felt the call to merge my education background with my passion for yoga and went through teacher training with my home studio.
When my husband and I decided to move back to Pittsburgh to be closer to family, I knew it was the perfect time to launch my yoga teaching career and uplift others along their own journeys. My goal is to challenge my students both mentally and physically, while encouraging them to take what serves them and leave what doesn’t. I am deeply passionate about honoring my yoga lineage, using all limbs of yoga to invite my students to a mental and physical self-study.


What Sadie says about her class: I love to weave in funky transitions and always aim to create a killer playlist that blends yoga music, top hits, and some of my favorite indie tracks.
