meet kristin.
While I came to yoga for community, I stayed for the sanctuary I found. When I moved to Denver 10 years ago after growing up in Pittsburgh, I was looking for a means to connect with others. I found myself in CorePower Lohi, and I knew I had found my home. When I decided I needed to share this magical practice with others, I found it made me even more accountable to live my yoga in my daily life.
I moved back home with my husband and two daughters about a year ago to be back around family. I am always changing and so is my practice. My personal practice never fails to support and guide me with whatever life's challenges I face off the mat. More than anything, I want to create a space for others to discover their own ‘why’ behind their yoga practice.
What Kristin says about her class: “Students can expect to feel stronger and more calm. I create a safe, non-judgemental environment where you can let go and just enjoy moving.”
What others are saying: Kristin’s class is great, she comes up with new combinations of poses and unique transitions that helped me get into challenging shapes. Her demanding cardio busts are perfectly timed to keep the tempo up.”- Dominic Mecca
