The Strip | Multiple Location FAQS

If I choose to wait until you open to make a decision on my membership, can I still get the founding rate?

  • There are a limited amount of Founding Memberships available. This will be the lowest price ever and by purchasing it, you will secure this rate for life. This is only available while supplies last!

 

Will my current membership at South Hills allow me to go to the Strip location?

  • No, but you have lifestyle based options to attend both:

    • Plan to split your time more equally? Upgrade to a Dual Membership for unlimited classes at both locations.

    • Plan to primarily attend South Hills classes and occasionally drop in at the Strip? Keep your current membership at the south hills and purchase a Class Pack under The Strip category on the app.

 

When would my dual membership activate? Can I use it at South Hills before the Strip opens?

  • Dual Memberships activate on the day The Strip opens. The membership fee you pay initially will cover the first month of classes once we are open. If you would like to attend class at South Hills until The Strip opens, we encourage you to purchase a Class Pack or Unlimited Membership for South Hills for the interim!

 

Can I transfer the Class Pack I purchased at the South Hills to The Strip?

  • No, all Class Packs are non-transferable and site specific.

If I choose to upgrade my membership, will I ever be paying for two Memberships at the same time?

  • No, once we have our final opening date, all memberships will be prorated for a smooth transition.

Will there be any additional perks for being a Founding Member and a Duel Founding Member?

  • In addition to having the lowest rate ever for life, you will get 5 free guest passes upon purchase to be used at the Strip in addition to $5 off any events for as long as you have the membership. If you have a Dual Membership, guest passes can be used at either location.

If I have a membership at South Hills and choose to transition to a Duel Membership for both locations, will I have to pay the enrollment fee?

  • No, we consider this a Membership upgrade and will not charge you an enrollment fee.
