meet amanda.

I found yoga as a powerful tool for self-healing. My yoga journey began in 2012 when I was living in Rome, Italy. I walked into a Bikram studio, and from that moment on, yoga became my sanctuary. At the time, I didn’t know it would lead me to a lifelong practice, but over the years, yoga transformed from a physical challenge to a mental and spiritual sanctuary.

After experiencing the benefits of the practice, especially for emotional healing, I felt called to share that gift with others. My teaching is influenced by the philosophy of holistic wellness, combining movement, mindfulness, and energy work. I draw from my background in Reiki, doula support, and sound healing to offer a multi-dimensional approach to yoga that nurtures and heals on all levels.

What Amanda says about her class: “Students can expect a class that is grounding, inclusive, and deeply connected to breath and movement. I create a welcoming space where everyone can show up exactly as they are, without judgment.”
What others are saying: “I like how her class offers different variations of classic sequences, such as the reverse Sun As. It’s fun to learn new challenges that I haven’t faced yet, like how to work up to and transition into inversions. She keeps my brain active as well as my body in her classes!”-Stephanie Campbell

Amanda Chirumbolo Miller is a yoga teacher, doula, sound and reiki practitioner who believes in making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or experience. Her approach is rooted in inclusivity, compassion, and honoring both the light and the dark parts of the human experience. Yoga, to Amanda, is a healing practice—a bridge between the physical and spiritual bodies that helps individuals reconnect with themselves.

Amanda teaches with a trauma-informed lens, offering modifications and variations to ensure every student feels supported. Breathwork and sound are integral to her classes, creating a space for deep presence and grounding. Through her guidance, Amanda encourages students to listen to their bodies, find their rhythm, and embrace the transformative power of yoga as both a practice and a path to healing.
