meet rona.

A class that soothed my worried soul finally moved me to release limiting beliefs and embark on becoming a teacher. After finding the community yoga could provide when moving to Pittsburgh after college, it quickly became a huge part of my life. When a very important class pulled me out of a deep emotional struggle, I let go of all of those feelings of not being “enough” in order to be able to share this practice with others the way it had been shared with me.

Outside the stu, my family consists of the most incredible husband, Zac, a dog named Gaius and a cat named Essek. I'm a dungeon master and avid D&D player, sitting around the table with my friends telling stories. I'm also a makeup artist, an avid reader and a hugeeee K-pop fan. My favorite place in the world other than Pittsburgh is a tiny town just outside of Osaka, Japan that I visit with my husband every few years and hope to someday retire there! Ask me about my favorite anime or J-rock artists.

What Rona says about her class: Expect smooth as butter transitions to empower, stretch, and strengthen– always with play time for variations and twists on the classics. In my class, the music is mixed with intention and a dash of chaos. My only goal is for students to feel better when they leave than when they arrive to their mat.

What others are saying: “Rona is always full of energy and enthusiasm .  Her Power Flo is a constant Flo of strength, stretch and balance.  She constantly provides instruction along with encouragement throughout the class.  I always leave her class feeling strong, energized, yet relaxed at the same time!”- Beth Arzillo
