meet sarah.

I found yoga as a means to connect. When I moved to Pittsburgh in the early days of the pandemic, working virtually felt way too isolating. I went to yoga for a safe way to get out of the house and be around people, but what I actually found was a deeper sense of community, joy in movement, and intellectual curiosity around existing in my body. As I have the tendency to turn things I fall in love with into my whole personality, I started my teaching certification one year later.
I am currently an Academic Advisor at CMU, and I find so many overlaps between academic success and mindful wellbeing– I have even presented on the topic at two international conferences for academic professionals. Recently getting married at the end of last year, my husband and I are parents to 5 furbabies!

What Sarah says about her class: With me, you will find flowy yet strong movements and creative, mind-bending sequencing.

What others are saying: “Sarah’s calm demeanor and killer playlist create the perfect space to recenter after a stressful day. Her power yoga class is both grounding and challenging, leaving me focused and refreshed.”- Jennifer Wells
